You will first have a 45-minute video call with Helen to directly discuss the issue you want to resolve and we determine our healing goals together. There will be a 20-minute meditation section where Helen will tune into your energetic field (aura) and identify possible blockages. Based on the evaluation, Helen will provide you with a detailed custom healing plan.
Based on the evaluation, Helen will provide you with a detailed custom holistic healing plan. It may include chakra balancing, crystal gridding, sound healing, angelic channeling and Theta meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda diet, crystal water blend, and Fengshui practice.
Helen has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and was a clinical therapist. She has a master's degree in interior architecture and Ph.D. degree in Experience Design. She is a certified crystal healer, channeler, sound healer, Reiki practitioner, Yoga Alliance certified Yoga and meditation teacher, Ayurveda practitioner, and third-generation Fengshui master.
Her holistic healing approach targets the five layers of your body. They are your:
