Here are the most commonly asked questions:

1. SHIPPING

All orders ship within 7-10 business days. All orders within the United States ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. Most domestic packages arrive within 2-4 days of shipment (with the exception of during the Christmas holidays).

Paintings on canvas and wood panels: All paintings are wrapped in archival glassine paper, padded and carefully packaged in a well-fitted box to protect the work.

Paintings on paper: All paper pieces are carefully sealed in a clear cello sleeve, and protected in a sturdy, rigid mailing envelope.

International Orders: All international orders are shipped via USPS. The cost of shipping internationally is additional to the rate shown at checkout. Before purchasing, please contact me for a shipping quote at helen@helencreatesbeauty.com with your address and the piece you are interested in. Please note that for international orders, all import duties, taxes, and charges upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchasers.

2. RETURNS

I take great care to safely package each order, and my goal is for you to absolutely love your purchase. All original painting sales are final, except in very specific situations. Please email helen@helencreatesbeauty.com if you are unhappy with your order. Please read item descriptions carefully before ordering. I do my very best to accurately represent artwork color in my photos, but please be aware that colors often display differently from screen to screen. 

3. CANVAS PRINT QUALITY

My acrylic paintings are offered in canvas prints. Our Canvas prints are printed on high quality archival OBA-free satin canvas and water-resistant. We use archival inks and hand applied UV resistant coatings. All of our materials meet or exceed the standards set forth by the Fine Art Trade Guild for pH and light-fastness.

These prints can be matted, dry-mounted, or stretched over wooden stretcher bars. They are frequently mistaken for originals.

4. PAPER PRINT QUALITY

My watercolor artworks are offered in paper art prints. Each art print is printed using high-quality paper and archival, acid-free inks for beautiful long-lasting results.

5. FRAMING

I highly recommend you frame your new original art and art prints. The framing not only makes the artwork more beautiful, but also protect it from dust and wear. Custom framing can be expensive, you can shop around for local frame shops to see the quality and examples of their work. I am happy to ship paintings to the frame shop you choose.

I also offer custom floater frames for original paintings through a local frame shop that I have long-term work relationship with. They produce high-quality work with very affordable pricing. These frames are made of solid wood in antique gold finish which complement my work very well with a dash of elegance. Please allow 2 weeks for your piece to be custom framed and shipped. It will arrive ready to hang.

6. COMMISSIONS

I typically accept 8-10 painting commissions a year which opens in January. Limit the amount of commissions I create every year assures I deliver high-quality work and allow me to focus on other aspects of my business.

Depending on the size, the final painting usually will be completed within 4-6 weeks. All commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. Please note that my commission minimum is $500 and minimum size is 16x20 inches. This price doesn't include any framing and shipping.

7. WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES

In-person workshops will be hosted in Orange County, California. I want to make this an incredibly special experience for all participants. The workshop typically runs 2.5 hours starting with a meditation section (I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga and Meditation teacher), Yeah! Then move on to colors and acrylic paintings in a beautiful setting, drinks and snacks are provided. Join my Joyous Art Club to receive workshop invitations.

8. INTERIOR DESIGNERS

I worked as a Fengshui interior designers for 5 years before I committed to be a full-time artist and surface pattern designer. As a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga and meditation teacher, and Fengshui interior designer, I am mindful to incorporate positive energy into my painting through intention, colors, and my energetic brushworks. I offer trade discount for my interior design partners. 1. What is Crystal Healing? How and why does it work?

I am a Certified Crystal Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner by the Love and Light School of Crystal Therapy. These programs are accredited by The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

3. What is your approach to Personalized Crystal Healing?

I have an undergraduate degree in Social Work and Psychology and was a clinical therapist. I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga and meditation teacher, Ayurveda practitioner, third-generation Fengshui master and certified crystal healer. My crystal healing approach target the five layers of your body. They are your:

1.Extended body--the living environment using Fengshui knowledge.

2. Physical body--the material body we see using Ayurveda (herbal tea and diet) and Yoga poses recommendations based on your body type and the season.

3. Energetic body--use crystal healing to move stagnant energy.

4. Subtle body--our mental patterns, thoughts, emotions.

5. Causal body--our intuition and consciousness. Guided meditation audios are provided to target subtle and causal body. Clients can use the bag of crystals I send them to do a tune up while listening to the meditation guidance.
